Darren Foley is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Darren has been writing and performing since the age of 15 when he first picked up the guitar. Darren has toured across Canada and has released several albums in his ongoing musical career.

In the Winter of 2020 Darren began working on a solo album in his home studio "Albert's Workshop", which was completed in Feb 2022. The album is titled "Hymns of the Sun". It was released on Feb 13th 2022 along with a video for the 1st single "Cloudy Day". Written, performed, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Foley.

On December 13 2024, Darren released a full-length vinyl and digital release titled "Darren Foley and the Luminescence". This one features Foley on vocals and guitar, along with Mike Wheeler on bass and vocals and Adam Moreau on drums. They have released 3 videos from the album ("Aftermath", "Here We Go" and "Sunday").

The Luminescence blends elements of shoegaze, folk, dreampop and ambient psychedelic music.
